International Science, Education, Research and Technology Foundation (ISERT Foundation) was born from a singular conviction that India's next wave of progress will be driven not by a select few, but by the collective rise of its STEM community.
We work at the intersection of education, mentorship, and institutional growth — from empowering a first-generation science student in a Tier-3 city to strengthening a research organisation's strategic direction. Every effort is guided by a single purpose: helping people and institutions contribute meaningfully to a self-reliant, innovation-driven India.
We are not a grant body. We are not a training institute. We are a catalyst — uniting STEM leaders, educators, and changemakers to invest in the communities that will build Viksit Bharat 2047.

Director
Dr. Umesh Kumari
Dr. Umesh Kumari is a distinguished educationist, public administrator, and grassroots leader with over three decades of service. Academically accomplished with a PhD in History and multiple postgraduate degrees, she has served as Principal for over a decade and held leadership positions in the Uttar Pradesh Principals Council. Her experience extends to rural governance as District Panchayat Chairperson and financial inclusion as Chairperson of District Cooperative Banks. At the national level, she contributed to food security policy, working at the intersection of education, social empowerment, and institutional leadership.
